RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day calendar days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 



We do not charge any handling fees for returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you find any damages on your product, please contact us through the CONTACT US page and we will make it right for you.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We will help issue a refund once the return is accepted, and you can make a separate purchase for the new item. The regular refund time is 2-3 business days after we received the returned product. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The regular processing time is 2-3 business days after we received the returned product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Shipping

Unless there were damages or defections when you received your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please email yesgirlsin@support.yesgirlsin.com for all return requests.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been shipped, please contact our email yesgirlsin@support.yesgirlsin.com to intercept the delivery.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
