Where We Ship

Orders placed on Yesgirlsin's official website can be shipped to the United States.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Estimated Ship Timelines Do Not Include Handling/Production Time!

Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time

All the products will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.

Estimated Ship Timelines

Total Delivery Date = Processing Date (1-3 business days) + Transit time (10-15 business days)

Processing Time

Each of our items is made to order, the processing time will take 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

● Handling time: 1-3 business days [ Monday to Friday]

● Transit time: 10-15 business days [Monday to Friday]

● Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Shanghai)

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost - Free shipping.

We do not charge anything for shipping.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of an order

Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Check Your Order and Shipment

Your order can be tracked after the order shipped email has been sent to you.

This email content will include a tracking number for your order.

You can check your order easily via the online tracking page ( ). Enter your tracking number, click “Track” on the page to track your shipment in detail.

Please note that you will be required to sign for your package upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and do not receive your package, we will send you an email to notify you of it. You can contact the delivery company to arrange another delivery.

If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods.

Item Not Received 

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email we’ll try our best.
Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. These technical issues are that the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if still unable to locate your item, contact us at we’ll assist you.
